Worked and fit with Brute wood splitter. I had to trim the fuel line just a bit and swap out the plastic nozzle with the included brass one. Also had to use the included tank screw/bolt as the insert is a bit larger than the one on the factory tank. This is a super smart decision as the metal fuel tanks installed with these Briggs motors are junk- they begin to rust and corrode causing the carb to gum up.

This worked so well on my log splitter with a B&S CR950. I bought this to replace the original rusted metal tank. You'll have to trim the fuel line a bit shorter. Aside from that, it was a perfect bolt-on affair.

I wanted to try a plastic tank on my mini bike when the original metal tank broke at one of the mounting points from excessive vibration. The plastic tank holds the same amount of gas while physically being smaller than a metal tank. The only negative to be aware of is the smell of gas fumes that escape the plastic tank. I didn't notice the fumes until I brought my mini bike inside to do some work on it. I'm still very happy with the switch to a plastic tank.

I bought this for my Yardmax 25 ton log splitter that has a Briggs & Stratton CR950 engine 208cc. The screw holes fit perfectly, but I had to shorten my fuel hose. Which turned out to be a pain, but got it done. Otherwise is working perfectly. The gas tank that came on it was a junk. Rusted out within 3-4 years. But with this, no more rusty tanks!

Put on a go kart that had a badly rusted tank, peace of mind knowing there are no more rust problems!
