Fit almost perfect. It was just a little long on both ends. Cut of about 1/2" off both ends. .

This hose is the same as the ACDelco 14155s, I bought to replace the old bulging heater hose going from the water pump to intake manifold on my 5.7 vortec thinking it was a smaller hose or this was a generic picture. This hose is made to connect the water pump port to hard line that feeds to the heater core. Since I already bought the acdelco for that I cut this one down to replace the 3'' right angled hose connecting the manifold to water pump.

For my 1999 GMC Savana it was an inch too short, but I made it work, not ideal. Better than the old one.
