When I first opened this I was a little overwhelmed with it so I went through the steps one by one. I was pleasantly suprised at how easy it and well designed this was. Everything fit together perfectly. It's made of good quality material and feels really sturdy. I didn't have any problem with stripped screws or shoddy parts. If took me about an hour to put together alone and really came out well. So thrilled with the finished product. The hardest part was putting the door on the cupboard. Once I figured out the trick by putting the screws in in opposite corners first it went pretty easily and everything lined up.

I have a 40-gallon Breeder for a Bearded Dragon baby in an almost bioactive set-up. It's amazing. I haven't used it for a fish tank, so I can't say how it holds up with the weight of one. But it's perfect for Mr. Pancake. I do like the storage container on the bottom for his food and powders, and I can use the other part to hold my breeding mealworms once I have a 10-gallon tank for them.I had no issues putting it together. I think I put the hinge side of the door on the storage box a little too close to the hinge edge, but it hasn't worn too badly or scraped too much. That would be the only thing I'd suggest really watching when anyone puts it on. Just remember to check how it closes a couple of times to ensure it's positioned well.

We purchased this for our 50 gallon turtle tank. It’s very sturdy, has held up great since we set it up. I love the storage shelves above and below the tank. The instructions were a little hard to understand. We ended up putting one side backwards and had to take it apart and correct it because the illustrations weren’t very detailed in the instructions. I do wish lights came on it under the top shelf. I feel like the rest of the tank is dark since the lamps go directly over the basking dock, but it’s easy to get strip lights to put under the shelf.

This was delivered while my handyman (husband) was at work, and I was too impatient to wait, so I put it together myself. The directions were overwhelming at first, but if you follow them step by step it's pretty straightforward and it included everything needed for assembly, including some extra screws and dowels. I haven't put up my 40 gallon aquarium yet, but I can tell this thing is sturdy! I put it together in less than 2 hours, while dealing with my 3 year old.

I don't own fish, but I do own a ball python and this stand was perfect for his terrarium.Solid structure, the metal can hold up a fully-loaded terrarium on the main level, a mini freezer on the bottom level, and all of my snake's goodies and supplies on the top shelf and in the bottom cabinet.When I eventually need to upgrade his tank, I will definitely be getting the next size up on this display.
