So far so good - had the same microwave previously the same model just 5 years older and it just blew one day - got the new microwave everything was easy to assemble and started using right away

My new GE microwave replaces my older (much older) GE microwave. I had some problems with the "command" keys since they are not in the same order the other keys were. However, everything is fine now. It is functional and I love it.

Door only locks after cooking not before which is fine but not child proof 100 percent. Otherwise works great and looks great.

Bought it as a gift for my mom. And she obviously loves it and warms up her food fast and doesnt beep so loud which she appreciates.

The item is damaged and was sold AS IS—something that was not disclosed on the website. There was no mention of any damage or an AS IS condition, only a note about a 42% discount. The aluminum casing on both sides is visibly damaged. Since we plan to install this microwave inside cabinetry, we’ve decided not to return it, but we were surprised when we saw the condition. It appears to be working fine, but without knowing how the damage occurred, we’re left wondering if the interior may also be compromised.
