I love the high wattage and the large interior capacity and ease of use. Moreover, the last sharp microwave oven we had lasted for 24 years. This one is almost identical just slightly updated. I’m hoping for the same longevity…. It might outlast me..

I just replaced my old Sharp microwave which I’ve had for over 20 years with this new model. So far I’ve been pretty impressed. It’s a lot quieter and has more convenient functions than the old one. It works great so far.I’ve only had it for a couple of weeks so I can’t comment on reliability but I hope it works as well as the old one.

The microwave works well, heats up stuff good, and looks great in my 25-inch wide cabinet. Noise level sounds like the normal humming of a microwave. However, the silver stainless steel part on the door is susceptible to fingerprints, and the tape holding the manuals to the microwave upon delivery left a sticky adhesive residue on the black part of the microwave door that’s hard to remove. Otherwise, it was packed securely and arrived safe and sound.

We always liked Sharp Carousel Microwaves. Every Sharp we had lasted many years. It works beautifully. It also has a child safety lock so when your food is done children cannot run and open it. The buttons are easy to use.

Would give a minus 0 if I could. I wish I would have taken photos, but the microwave was so gross that we just taped the box back up for return. It was a used microwave that we received. Then when we went to reorder they were out of stock, which is probably for the best so we can do more research as we don't want another used microwave sent to us. JUST GROSS and it stunk also from all the dried up old food.

I received this microwave to replace my Panasonic that I had for years. I just use it for heating stuff. It is more quiet than my old microwave and seems to be better built. I bought it primarily because of Sharps quality. I have one of their tube tvs that ran for years and still ran when I relegated it to the cellar because I wanted a bigger screen. I like that the light goes on when you open it. Although a 100 watts lower than my old one ,it is plenty fast. A note although not very heavy, it is unwieldy if you are older so maybe get some help.

We’ve had the Sharp carousel microwave before over the course of 40 tears. Really like the brand and this one is really quiet and cooks very well. Love the interior as it is grey! Cleans easy and doesn’t show the splatters like white does.
