These filters are pretty well made, and are sold at a fairly low price - you basically get the 2-pack for the price of one filter. The downside, each filter is about half the effective thickness of the original (OEM); perhaps one can stack the two together to get one good filter medium. I would think that the bulk of the cost of this item is the metal frame and mesh, so it would seem that additional filtering media could be included at little additional cost - but maybe not in the cut-throat competition on Az where pennies seem to matter.

The active charcoal element was very thin .Not like the original it works, but I suspect it will deplete quickly.Unless there is something new about the composition.Maybe the manufacture can remark.

These are very light weight. And bent during shipping. Cant use them since they are damaged and cant be fixed.
