I like Geeni indoor and outdoor plugs as my standard. They work well, last a long time (haven't had an indoor one fail yet) and their app is really easy to use.

I love these. Very easy to program and use. My only complaint is that you can't fit two next to each other in the same plug area. If they were rectangular, it would be better. But this is the brand I started with, so I'm sticking with it.

I live alone in South Florida, and have integrated 2 of these plugs into my smart home setup. One I use to control a window AC unit for my small enclosed patio. Was able to combine with a smart thermometer that uses a different app. The automation I programmed in the smart life app from the thermometer has it acting as a thermostat for the AC... too hot and it switches on, switches off when desired temp is reached. The other plug I use to control a lamp so I can see when I get through the front door at night. My only gripe is with the geeni app... I tried to automate it so the lamp turns on when I arrive home, but this GPS feature only works if your phone is unlocked and the app is actively running. GPS feature doesn't work if app is only running in background. It's a minor gripe for sure, I'm just lazy and don't want to have to unlock my phone and start the app to turn the light on. Other than that, all features work flawlessly and they were super easy to set up. Will be integrating more into my setup in the near future.

I have numerous Geeni cameras and several dots and I love them. I have 12 products overall and I've had great reliability and performance with all of their products. I am also happier with the Geeni app than with the average camera app. These dots are great for running lights on a schedule. So far, the durability and general quality are excellent.

These plugs are brilliant, were very easy to set up and schedule with the Geeni app. However, I wanted to control with the Alexa app, but it would not allow me to set up a routine with 4 demands. I found videos but one for Android not ios, so the app was very different. I love the voice commands, but I purchased to set up a routine, and I am not sure this will work. Time will tell.

Easy to install and set up. You can schedule a time to turn on and off, or just press a button on the app in your phone to turn it on, even from hundreds of miles away (I was on vacation in Italy and saw the lamp turn on via my camera). I set some up for my parents too and it’s easy enough for them to use. Great value for money and better than some of the more overpriced brands.

I’ve used Geeni light bulbs for years and found out they have these plugs. They work very well with both Alexa and Google voice commands as I have both!The app is very easy to use and set up took seconds. The plugs are a little bit large but overall fit with something else plugged in to the same outlet.The price for two of these plugs was good compared to other brands.With the option to be able to turn them off and on via voice commands or through the app, they will save power in my opinion.
