Love the fact that the lid is the brush - there is nothing more annoying than mopping your brisket, saucing your ribs, dabbing your pork shoulder - and then making a huge mess with the brush all over your grill while you wait an hour to do it again. Also - in the summer time - what animals are flying and touching, dogs licking - Etc - that brush you're going to use on your food again - while you're off chopping veggies, or drinking a beer between saucing.Genius idea - wish I had 2 for when one is in the washer!One idea to make this better - or to add as an option etc - Make a nubby handle instead of the long one... some of my sauces stay on the grill to keep warm - The long handle can get in the way - if it was a little nub, I could leave the whole thing on the grill between sauces - would take a pair of heat resistant gloves to sauce since it would be hot - but would be a cool idea.

I got this for grilling to keep sauces covered and mainly to limit messes. It holds a good volume of sauce or marinade, more than enough for when we grill outdoors. The container is easy to hold and the lid fits good. The brush is good and works well with the integrated lid, which even blocks some of the heat when using too. I would recommend remove the brush head for cleaning though, it makes it much simpler than trying to do attached to the handle/lid, even if putting in the washer. Overall it is very practical and we will be using regularly

Whether you need a lot of basting sauce or just a little, this pot is great. Because it holds so much, there's no running back and forth from the kitchen and the grill. The brush has a long enough handle to reach the bottom yet you can pull it up so when the pot is full, the brush is not completely dunked in the sauce. The silicone insert in the lid does allow the brush to list but it does not fall over. The pot is stainless steel with two brush heads. Most of the pots I have seen in the past would only hold a cup or two. I am appreciative of the large size of this pot. Happy grilling!

The sauce pot is the perfect size for cooking and heating sauces, and the basting brush works wonderfully for glazing meats or brushing on marinades. The long stainless steel handle makes it easy to use without getting too close to the heat. Both items are durable and well-made, and the set is easy to clean. This set has made my cooking and grilling so much easier. Highly recommend!

This clever sauce pot came in a nice, giftable box. It's well-made, smooth stainless steel and has sturdy rubber/silicone parts. There are also 2 brush heads included. I plan on using mine for basting turkeys and other holiday roasts. It will be nice to keep my countertops clean and the brush will remain hygienic inside the pot. This would make an excellent gift idea for your barbecue aficionado or aspiring family chef.

I love grilling and smoking all sorts of food, and so often that includes a delicious sauce or glaze. This kit lets you keep that sauce or glaze covered, which means fewer bugs trying to get into the sauce, and other elements are kept out. The brush is great, and the pot is a decent enough size to hold enough sauce for most needs. The only complaint I have is that the handle feels a little flimsy, but honestly, I just hold the pot most of the time anyway.

This is a great item. It's a nice decent size for grilling, very easy to clean, comes with two brush heads and a very nice sturdy steel handle and is quite useful. The lid is awesome because you can set this down and walk away without worry of bugs entering. It makes grilling easy and enjoyable. Comes packaged nicely for gift giving as well.
