Works for what I needed it for but definitely hand made more Etsy style than professional. A few rough edges where the pieces go together, nothing dangerous just feedback.Wish it were lower for overhead pictures of items on the stand.

I purchased this book holder to display a design book as part of a tablescape. It’s approximately 10â€x7†& easily holds a book 11†x 9â€. It’s made of solid wood stated to be bamboo. It has a very strong grain which is attractive. I choose the dark stain which I think highlights the grain best. Although it is a simple slot assembly I realized after the initial assembly that I had aligned the boards incorrectly which made a narrow ‘V’ shape. Once I reversed the boards they played open allowing the book to lay more widely open. Definitely a good purchase.
