The picture isn’t correct. But I got what I wanted. It’s a plastic bracket that held the PCM for my LM7 5.3 LS swap. The picture shows everything tucked way up into the fender of my Monte Carlo

The diagram is not correct, but this is indeed the "tray" you want to mount most LS style PCM's. Very easy to adapat to whatever use/mounting location you have.
