This motion sensor solar clip light is convenient for many uses and works really well. You can pretty much clip the light to just about anything anywhere and as long as it gets several hours of sunlight to charge it works well to illuminate a decent size area. I have it set up to provide light in a parking area that is a short distance away from my house and set so that when it detects motion it will come on. This has been super convenient to get into and out of the car during nighttime hours, making it much safer. It is waterproof and has held up really well during the winter weather we have had. The battery is a nice size, and it works well even after several days of cloudy weather when the sun hasn't provided much light to recharge it.The light also has some other features that many will find useful. You can charge it with a USB cable if you need to, and conversely you can use the light to charge personal electronics when necessary. Also, the remote control included can be handy for certain applications. This light would also make a great emergency light to keep in a vehicle should you need it since it is so easy to use. Great light, works well, convenient and highly useful. I recommend it.

I don't like to mount things permanently to my RV to prevent the possibility of leaks or in case I want to upgrade later. This clip on solar powered light works great for my setup. By clipping it on my awning, it is out of the way and still gets sun without the possibility of causing a leak. I generally use it in the motion sensor mode as I have outside lights I can use on powered sites when I am in camp. So this is great to light the door when I come in after dark. On unpowered sites, I can still use it in continuous mode without having to reach up by using the remote control. Brightness and color are controllable if you wish. It is plenty bright on high, and quite useable on lower settings for a night light use. If you leave it on all night in continuous mode, you will need a lot of sun the next day to fully recharge, so you may have to take it down and top it off from other power. Intermittent use should be fine without doing that.

I received this product to test on behalf of the Amazon Vine program.My wife and I own a side business, part of which involves sitting in a pop-up tent at festivals and events. Sometimes is provided; sometimes not. As such, it’s important to provide our own lighting, to make sure we can carry on business long into the night.This unit is compact, but throws light widely. It’s controllable, via the included, remote, for brightness, warmth, and power. Most importantly for me, it will clip itself onto the frame and fabric of our tents, and even though this comes with the amount, I doubt I’ll use it, as being able to customize the positioning is important to better emphasize the product.No experience with the integrated solar panel, but being able to trickle some charge in if I forget to top it off with the included USB-C cable is a nice touch.I may buy a few more of these out of my own pocket.

While this is more expensive than a lot of similar looking solar lights, this one is the best we've tried. It's larger than most, the clamp is useful and effective, and the lighting hue and brightness options are great. I was able to easily set it up and operate it with both the button on the front and the remote. Right now we have it clamped onto a tree branch in the back yard to light up the area while walking a new puppy at night. The clamping option will enable us to relocate it when needed.

This clamp-on, LED security light works great on my camper trailer awning. I use it on the side of the awning so that it comes ON when we return to the camper after dark. The lamp is very strong and will not fall off. You can use it just about anywhere that you want a security light! It is made with quality construction. I like that it recharges itself.

Not only does this put out a lot of lighting, it is so convenient to use. I have a similar light that I've used in the past during our camping trips, but it came only with permanent mounting options. Not wanting to mount permanently, I came up with a way to mount with suction cups. This solar light provides you the option to hang on the included selfstick hooks or to clamp on. The spring loaded clamping action is strong and will hold up well. It really does give you options for where and how you want to place your lighting. The remote control is perfect for adjusting the lighting or turning the light on/off without having to exit your RV. I highly recommend if you want or need additional lighting around your campsite.

My wife and I are blessed to have a travel trailer we like to use. One thing we needed was some type of easy to use exterior light that could illuminate a large area around where the door and awning is.This RV solar lights hit everything we needed! It is solar but can also be charged via USB C, it is motion activated and best of all it is pretty bright. I like that there are multiple ways to mount this light for whatever your needs might be and it even comes with an easy to use remote control. The 6000 mAh battery should last for quite sometime as LED bulbs are very energy efficient.

I love that I can clip it on to the awning or most anything, and it also has included hooks with adhesive backs to hang it. It is BRIGHT! I like that the brightness levels can be adjusted. This helps to not have it be so intense, but even on the lowest setting it is bright enough for my RV area needs. The motion sensor to trigger it works really well. The remote can turn it on from inside the rig. I'm in Arizona and can see from the indicator lights that during the day it is doing great with charging from solar. This is a good product!
