Your cart is empty.This exhaust extension allows for safe venting of exhaust fumes from an unoccupied enclosed area - this will allow your expensive unit to stay dry and secure while maintaining portability. This adapter is designed for use on stock muffler ports that are less than 15/16 inch (24 mm) diameter, weld bead diameter under 1 inch (25-1/2 mm) and length of less than 1 inch (25-1/2 mm) long. See pictures for further explanation. All dimensions are with the spark arrester removed. The spark arrester will have to permanently removed/relocated for this modification. The buyer will receive: a custom low profile exhaust to tubing stub, the specified length of 1" I.D. indoor/outdoor 550F rated silicone exhaust tubing and the proper size lined hose clamp.

Had to weld the adapter to the the exaust ... Lucky I can weld ... As a litte worried about the silicone melting but it has held up so far (year). Was easy to bend to fit my application.

The weld on adaptor OD is the same size as the muffler outlet OD on my Westinghouse 12,500 DF generator but was supposed to slip over the end. I ended up butt welding it to make it work. In hind sight I should have just gone to the hardware store and bought galv. 1â€x 1 1/4†water pipe fitting and bought 1†flex pipe from the auto parts store for under $20. I grew up on a farm and should have known to just improvise as I always have. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
