Simple to install. Took my less than 10 mins to install two of these to my 2013 Honda Accord. Direct plug and play no need to modify anything. Easiest plug and play I have ever dealt with. Now other drivers can hear me. The stock horn is a joke on the Accord. It’s a necessary upgrade for safety.

I bought this along with 38150-STX-H02 and it sounds very respectable now. Much louder than the horn on my old 1998 Infiniti I30. Relatively inexpensive upgrade I would recommend.

Replaced the original ones on my father's 2017 Accord - much better, and it's a 7 minute job. Just get the 38150-STX-H02 as a pair to this one.
