If you have difficulty starting your car replace this Fuel Pump Relay and the Air Charge Temperature Sensor. It is also a good time to replace the coolant temperature sensor if you have over 130,000. This Fuel pump relay is known to go out as it ages. This one is a new Honda design that replaced their problem prone batch. This new one is made by Denso in Japan and comes in the Honda packaging. The old one is Mitsuba made in Taiwan and should be replaced as precautionary. It is located behind the fuse cover near the hood release latch. There is a slider door to remove the fuse cover, but to access the larger relays you must pull off the whole corner cover. Hope this helps!
