This is a stunningly crafted, superbly engineered piece, of tremendous ornamental value whether or not there is ice within. It really is as gorgeous as it looks in the photographs. It’s attractively boxed, too, so would make a wonderful gift.The one slight disappointment is that the tongs do not fit in the bucket, at least not with the lid on. Still, they look good on the side in their own right.We’re delighted with this and will be saving up for other pieces in the range.

Whilst phenomenally expensive, this ice bucket screams quality from the beautiful and elaborate packaging to the ice bucket itself. It is beautifully smooth, sleek and curvy, with no rough edges. It is lovely to behold and to handle.Whilst I would not buy it for myself due to the high RRP, it would make a very special and luxurious gift.It is slightly smaller than I expected and whilst it can hold ice OR keep a bottle of wine cool (through its double insulated walls), what you can't do is surround a bottle of wine with lots of ice.

This is a beautifully designed and made piece. It's good quality stainless steel with a stylish, but not overly fussy, design.Would make a fantastic gift for someone who needs a cooler which they would like to make a statement with. Great.

There's no doubt that this is a pretty object to look out, but somehow when I took it out of the box I was slightly disappointed. It's a nice design, but somehow "in the metal" it didn't look quite as stunning as I expected from the photos. The tongs don't fit inside and there's nowhere to keep or store them within the bucket itself.It's made in China, just like everything seems to be these days, and it just doesn't feel special enough to me to justify the price. It looks pleasant and feels good quality, but it doesn't feel or look exceptional. It's difficult to pin down but I just didn't feel it was special enough to justify the price.I will use it and it looks nice, but I would never pay retail price for it. If you spot it with a substantial discount it would be a good buy, but otherwise I think it's overpriced for what it is.

This is a gorgeous piece of equipment that would smarten up any occasion and any dining room. I'm not sure how to describe it - the word ambassadorial springs to mind. It's extremely smart but not elaborate - more redolent of the simple lines of an extremely high class luxury car. Is it decadent? Maybe, yes, a slightly guilty pleasure. In short, an object of beauty, and a fantastic (and generous) present for someone who takes pride in their household and enjoys a special occasion.
