For the price this is a great fire starter for Hiking, Camping and survival supplies. When struck this thing can light up the dark with a big flash, Orange color helps to not lose it also.

Once I replaced the short little lanyard with a 3 ft braided Paracord one, and added an uberlebin Stryker, it was useable. For $5 less you could buy a zippo mag strike which is 10x better of a product. Just saying.🔥

I opened the package...went outside where my "fire wool" and kindling was waiting...one stroke...sparks and and then came the fire! ('nuff said?)
