These batteries did very well for a relatively short time. I would prefer them bigger with more battery time.

My original batteries finally failed after 8 years of winter use. These are a great replacement. I'm also using the new included charger.

Overall, I am disappointed in this gerbing system. these battery packs do not fit anywhere in the gloves (which was my intended use). I tried wrapping rubberbands around them on my wrists to keep them in place but that didnt work. Riding on a motorcycle with loose batteries hanging out of your gloves is distracting to say the least. I then bought the temperature control module, and the gerbing jacket. another $350 or so invested to try to make the system work. When I assembled all that i had invested in, there were awkwardly long wires hanging out everywhere, and these battery packs didnt even work with the temperature control module....So what is the point of Gerbing selling all these items you ask? Exactly...I have no idea. I emailed customer service asking what I was doing wrong and they told me to buy the larger single battery pack for $129. Which would put my total investment in Gerbing gloves, all the batteries, jacket, and temperature module to around $800. Insanity. So, finally I returned everything that I could, went to costco and bought a $49.00 pair of battery operated gloves with a pocket for the batteries. God Bless Costco.I'd recommend you stop looking at these and do the same thing.

I received a set of t5's for Christmas a couple years ago and at the time the batteries were unavailable so I had a laptop battery back in my jacket with the supplied wires ran through it. I was always underwhelmed with the heat output but I attributed that to the battery I was using. I was excited to see that they started making batteries for the t5's again although I was somewhat shocked at the pricetag. I bought them anyway figuring they would improve the heat output of my gloves. It does put out a little more heat with the battery packs but not much. They're really bulky too, you have to get creative with how you put them in the battery pocket. I use these gloves for paramotoring so wind and having your hands above your heart for extended periods of time makes your hands cold. These gloves are alright but for the money spent between the gloves and batteries I'm not that impressed. I have to put on nitrile gloves underneath to really get good wind protection and make it so my hands aren't numb within 15 minutes even at full power

If I’m doing something wrong I’d like to know what it is but these batteries seem to pretty much lose their ability to hold a charge within just a few cycles!Very expensive too!
