I believe it shows to be a 36v charger when you click on the item and read the description but what they send is a 24v. This does not work for the 36v charging system on the Razor dirt quad 500

The listing said this was an upgrade on the old charger. Plugged into the electric razor dirt bike and would not charge the batteries. Batteries are new. Didn't work for me.

Bought this in July while fixing up my crazy cart xl. Replaced casters, batter, control board, pedal, and wiring to get it up and running. Found out, even though it says compatible with crazy cart xl (36 v btw), I received a 24 volt charger. Which would explain why indicator light is staying green, and I can not charge my razor cart. Like I said, replaced 36v battery and came fully charged, and had alot of fun until it died. Which is where I inconvienently found the charger is wrong. I would love to exchange, but since it's been over 30 days, I have no option to. Which is why I'm leaving a bad review. I will change my review for an exchange upon seller.
