UPDATE: customer service reached out to me and actually sent an updated model to replace the broken one we had. This one works great (we’ve used it 4 times now) and is much better with the on and off button. So happy that they can enjoy it and thankful they reached out.We got this as a gift and unfortunately after charging it, it either doesn’t stay on long OR it stays on forever until it eventually dies, even when not in water. My twin boys loved it but it’s impossible to use. I see there’s now an on/off switch - wish we could reach out and get it replaced but I don’t see a contact us.

Update: The manufacture reached out and replaced the defective one. The new one actually has an on off button is not actuated by just putting in the water which helps it lasts a lot longer.Works great for three months and then it won’t shut off. Battery running out is the only way to shut it off. As soon as you plug it into charge, it starts back up.Would not recommend this one

I LOVE this toy and so does my baby, she is endlessly fascinated with this thing and the charging port is water tight and the battery lasts forever. The only thing I would recommend is putting your curtain down with it in the water or you'll end up with water outside your tub.

My toddler enjoyed it, but it only lasted about 4-5 months before it stopped working properly.

My daughter (almost two) loves baths, her baths would be a couple hours long if I'd let her, so we get her all kinds of bath toys. She loves this little whale, one of her favorites with it's spouting of water and it's ability to cycle through colors. She likes to spin it so the water that is shooting up goes in a circular motion. We have had it since Christmas and so far no issues. It does take 6 hours to charge it to its fullest but will last my little one about 3 baths before we need to recharge it. One of the times we used it after charging it it seemed to be losing power of spraying water, I thought the battery was already going out but the color changing was normal, so I turned it over and where it sucks up water to spray there was a little mess of hair covering the holes, I picked it off and put it back into the water and it went right back to its normal spraying pressure. So you kind of get a mini filter for the bath as well. Would definitely recommend buying for little ones, especially if they love bath time; and if not maybe it can help make them enjoy bath time a little more(:

Baby absolutely loves this toy. Easy to charge, clean, and play with. I've had for about 1.5 months and the sprayer no longer works, only the lights work. It makes noises like it should be spraying but it does not.**update**Seller contacted me and sent another product. Haven't tried this yet but hoping to not have the same issue
