I needed an air hose and wanted to get a quality product so I expected to spend some money. I was quite surprised to find this item at a very reasonable price so I ordered it. When it arrived, I found it to be incredibly high quality and very solid. Unfortunately, the hose to connect it to a compressor was missing so I contacted the seller.They were very fast and shipped a replacement in almost no time.I highly recommend Giraffe Tools as a product and the company itself and will be ordering more things from them in the future!

Should have bought one of these years ago instead of hand-coiling up the air hose every time. Works great so far (only a month or so of use) and it was easy to install on the garage wall. Wish the leader hose was a little longer as I had to replace it to reach the compressor on the floor. But, it's great and well worth the money. The swivel feature is key.

Replaced a 20 plus year old 30 foot (cheap) retractable reel and man was I surprised at the quality of this product. Heavy duty and well built. Easy to install and easy to use. Have a water hose reel by the same company and I can say their products and quality do not disappoint.

Update 12/22/24 … after writing a review, the manufacturer contacted me directly and replaced and shipped a brand new air reel at no cost. That type of customer service is rare and deserving of 5 Stars!!I used this air hose reel regularly and actually really liked and enjoyed the product. I really like the swivel wall mount it. But recently after 7 months of use, it broke! The air hose will not lock or retract the air hose when you pull it out. Very disappointed. Hope to have it replaced by manufacturer and would change my review and star rating.

This unit is well constructed and built to last. I did have an air leakage problem with the second unit I bought, but the seller promptly replaced the entire unit at no cost. The reel is metal and durable, the mounting bracket is heavy duty, mounts easily and supports the reel well, the hose is flexible and easy to use, the spring for retracting the hose is strong, and the reel will automatically lock in place after every revolution with a slight backward release of the hose, so the perfect amount of hose can be pulled out for every use. I have one in my garage and just added one in my shop. No more hoses on the floor and no more having to wrap up an unruly air hose. I should have bought them years ago. Highly recommend - great customer service!!

Update: Seller sent new unit after messaging moreThe spring inside somehow broke and now it doesn't fully retract fully, seller also doesn't care because its a few months past its warranty period. Very disappointed for it only being 2 years old.

Se produit est fait pour air ,mois je utilise pour laveuse à pression il faut juste changer le boyaux entre enrouleur et la laveuse, je vais en commander un autre.
