need to replace F150 trans cooler lines - Gates hose and these clamps did the job. These clamps have rounded edges that are great at not cutting into the rubber hose and the ratcheting mechanism is very sturdy.really good quality stainless hardware.Recommended.

They tighten without digging into the rubber hose. Like standard clamps I will buy other sizes too. Good quality.

I purchased these clamps to secure automatic transmission cooler hose to the factory cooler located in the lower tank of the radiator. I would have preferred to reuse the factory installed constant tension flat spring clamps, but I have had hoses pop off using them. These Glarks clamps work as advertised.They are a bit on the tight side when trying to pass them over the tube bead after they're in place. But a little silicone spray gets them over the hump just fine.Some have reported that these clamps are not stainless. I beg to differ. They are 304 stainless as advertised. 304 stainless IS non-magnetic when in it's annealed state; raw bar, flats, sheets, rods, etc. It can (and usually does) become magnetic when cold worked. Such is the case when it's made into a hose clamp.Some have also commented on the thin nut that the clamp screw is threaded into. The attached photo is of an ABA clamp and the Glark. Both have the same thin nut. The ABA clamp is made in Sweden (I thought this was funny too) and is considered one of the best clamps on the market. Just don't exceed 15 in-lb on the screw and they're fine.I would use these with confidence.

Seem to be quality made. The bolt is small as mentioned in other reviews. Did not fit a 3/8 line although it should have.
