Love these clamps! 100% stainless parts! From an old auto tech I've seen a LOT of clamps, these look like something you'd see used on an aircraft. I'll be using these on the show car hot rod I'm building (see pic), they speak Quality, they speak I care about my work. Plus they are a great clamp, full 360 hold around the hose, be careful not to over tighten! Honestly, in my 50 years as a auto tech, these are the best clamps I've ever used, I'll be stocking these in my garage so I'll always have them on hand.

These clamps are about 1/10 the price of our local hardware stores. I couldn't believe what they were charging. The quality is every bit as good.

I had one clamp snap at the nut when removing the clamp after a test fit, then had another strip the threads out before it even got tight.

These are quality well built clamps. They are strong enough to crush plastic pipes so use caution when tightening

These are good hose clamps. Yes, heavy duty. They will do the job, but not the intended job if you need a 1.5-inch hose clamp. These, advertised as 1.5-inch hose clamps are clearly larger than that, and it is clearly printed on them "1.73" - 2.01"" - so I'll keep them on hand for other possible uses, but for the 1.5" uses I needed them for, they aren't the right size.

Either bye for your daughter and make sure you put the hose clamp on before you connect the other end because trying to slip it over after is real pain especially the smaller ones. Pat, good tight clampAnd so far they don't rust around the pool area. So what we got them for?

first time clamping them and then removing the clamps all the tread stripped so I couldn't even fully loosen the clamp off 5 out of the 12 clamps i got are garbage after one removal.

Don't tighten up. Leak. When you go to tighten more, thread and nut snap off. Bought 3 different sizes for 3 different projects all the same outcome
