My best suggestion is to buy ink if you don't already have some. The ink I was supposed to receive was blue, but what I got was a very pale grey that had almost no pigmentation. Pigmentation is really important for linework which is what I use my pen for, and I would imagine even for lettering this would be really important. Maybe it was just the specific color they sent me but I needed to buy more ink seperately.Positives with the pen are that it writes really smooth and the ink goes a very long way. Unlike normal nib pens this one is easier for people who are left handed as well because you aren't pulling in the opposite direction of how a nib opens...none open on this so the direction won't matter. I guess the only negative for me with the pen so far has been less control over ink flow with pressure, but it is possible I just haven't gotten used to this type of pen yet...maybe? Overall it is definitely worth the price in my opinion.

This dip pen is so cool! It writes smoothly is easy to hold and beautiful! The ink is vibrant and easily cleans up with just water.

I ordered 2Blue 1: It’s noticeably curved and that curve is from tip to tip. That means a drastically different writing experience depending on whether you turn the pen as you write. Even a slight turn (think adjusting your grip) makes a difference. It’s a beautiful pen I bought as a gift but can’t gift this as it looks defective. Will use it as a display only on my own desk. Such a shame. It really is beautiful and holds a lot of ink. The tip is also a bit scratchy. Hand fatigue after two paragraphs in my effort to use a lighter touch to minimize the paper scratch.Blue: very light color. Not as pretty as the Blue 1, IMO. BUT, the pen is straight. Have not tried writing with it yet.

I got this pen because a YouTuber recommended it and I was pleased. I was reading the reviews and it seemed that you were not able to choose the color so I was worried that I would not like the color, but I got black! The pen was not broken, and the nib was protected by a cover. The ink flows easily and is super comfortable to hold. With its price, I definitely think that you should get this!

Very beautiful ink pen has a nice hold on it. It did not break when it arrived thank god that it didn't that was one of the things I was mostly worried about. Has a very beautiful glittery ink and it feels good writing with it.

Me gustó la manera en que está diseñado y el color, también me gustó la tinta y en qué no hay que estar recargando la pluma de tinta sino que con una carga puedes escribir mucho.
