Functions as it should. Size is perfect. Easy to use but zero explanation of different blade sizes on package. Durable. Cut fine. My husband shattered the mirror we were cutting by forcing the last cut. Needless to say this was a great value but we took the frame in for a professional cut mirror in the end.

I received the package with parts missing because the packaging was not sealed properly. The product looks fine except for missing pieces. The box the package came in was also not completely sealed, so I guess the parts fell out of package.

Just scratched my borosilicate glass tube but did not score it deep enough to break it. Waste of money.

It was missing a blade. Only one came with the PKG. It's a heavy tool haven't tryed it out yet.

Make sure the glass is clean and the cutter has oil and you never cut over any part you have already scored; this should last you the rest of your life.
