I was disappointed with the quality of this product. A lot of the corners came bent, which is a problem because the whole thing only fits together if the corners aren’t bent. In unbending them, you are guaranteed to crack the protective coating. Be careful, because it cracks into glass like shards that embed into your fingers. The most important thing you can do to succeed is to burn the assembly instructions, and use the Amazon product pictures. The instructions were meant to work for a bunch of different models, but ultimately don’t work for this model. The only reason I didn’t return it was because it would be too difficult to repackage. It ships in 5 packages. Ultimately the quality of the material and hours of assembly time are not worth the price.

The instructions are worthless and are for a completely different shelving unit. I tried to follow them but there was no way that the shelving unit would be assembled by following only the instructions. I ultimately had to refer to images on Amazon to see how to put it together. In the end I had extra hardware as well and no place to really use it so it made me wonder at first if it was assembled correctly, however based on Amazon images and supplemented with the pictures in the instructions, it is put together correctly.

Packaging to protect the shelving was terrible. All the shelves came in with bent corners which caused the paint to flake off at the bends. Since I have limited time to install and didn’t want the hassle of trying to return it. I straighten the bent corners on the shelves and touched it up with paint. Quality seems good of product we will see when it’s fully loaded with nuts and bolts. The plastic bins are great though.

The instructions are for all of the shelves they make and did not cover the model I bought. One rack had paint scratched off. Would not buy again. It arrived quickly and sooner than listed.

Seems to be ok.Need to make sure you assemble on a good flat surface so when you are done it sits correct.Bins are nice, solid.
