Purchased this because I never practiced embroidery before, but the steps are very easy to follow, and I found it very relaxing. I love the designs. The quality is pretty good and the colors are very vibrant.

I haven't done embroidery in a very long time so I bought this kit as it looked pretty basic. Basic sometimes is aka boring so I did finish these flowers in different colors based on who is receiving these as a gift. My teen was able to learn with me. Pro is that this comes with plenty of thread and you never have to worry about running out. Con it says it comes with video lessons but that site is most likely blocked in the US. Also, the written instructions are pretty limited so a newbie may struggle. I had to youtube to remind myself of some of these stitches.

The embroidery kit itself looks to be of good quality, but the stitches that are in these are not easy and nor are the patterns. I wouldn't necessarily say this is for beginners, especially since the satin stitch is a notoriously challenging stitch. For true beginners, you're likely going to want to see if you can just sew in a straight line and satin doesn't fit that bill. I bought this for myself as I was recovering from a concussion and looking for something that I liked to do with my crafts and when I received it, it looked intimidating. I am starting to embroider again, and doing some harder stitches like I used to, but this is definitely not for a just starting out project. Even several months later, I still wouldn't call this an easy project.

I have only made 1 of the three so far but love the result. All the instructions are there but I did have to reference the finished picture a few times. All the thread you need. Great little kits

Instructions aren't the most clear but I am a visual learner, but designs are cute all materials included and YouTube can help with understanding stitches in a more visual way- great for beginners. Design printed on fabric make it easy to follow along.

I am trying embroidery again for the first time since childhood and am really enjoying it!These kits are super cute, especially if you love cats and flowers.You get 3 kits for a great price, but unfortunately only 1 hoop.It arrived quickly but the bubble envelope it came in was somehow sealed onto the inner package and the inner package ripped when I took it out. It didn't damage anything thank goodness.It's been a real learning curve for me to do these, and at one point I accidentally sewed the hem of my t-shirt to the back of the embroidery, lol, but I am enjoying it.The kits come with everything you need, although I do wish there were 3 hoops so I could display the finished products in the hoops. Fortunately I did find some hoops at the dollarama.The embroidery thread is nice and vibrant, and there seems to be enough of each color. I am still not finished the first one, and will come back and edit this review later (probably much later, lol) when I am done.

Love the kit, instructions are helpful, everything feels nice quality (ring is plastic but feels like it will not break). Therapeutic and excellent for a beginner.Sadly my kit was missing the scissors, stitch ripper and threader from my kit. Otherwise would have been 5 stars.
