We installed these passage door handles in a customers home in April 2024 and have now been called back twice because the handle fails and locks. The handle is inoperable locking the customer in or out of a room. Most recently there special needs son was trapped in his room as the handle would not operate requiring them to dismantle it in order to get him out. At first I thought maybe it was a fluke but now to have two out of the 8 purchased fail I believe it is a quality issue and would not recommend this for purchase.

These were to replace existing round brass door handles. They look great; however, they are slightly lighter and thinner, lacking the weight of other door handles, but they do the job. Did I mention they look great?
