ok let's bear in mind this is a $25 music stand. It's not the greatest, but it's definitely worth $25.I like how the top attaches to the pole. It's simple yet strong. There is a slidey part that goes in a bracket, and if it gets bent you can just bend it back. The tilt adjustment has a little play, but it also seems strong enough.I wouldn't put extremely heavy weights on this. It's not made for a music director to put a whole score on it, or a huge book of 400 big band charts. Keep it under 5 pounds of music and you'll be ok.This is about twice or three times as strong as one of those little wire portable stands, but about 5 times less strong than a full-size Manhassett stand, which is really not portable at all. This is a nice balance between portable and durable. And it doesn't really cost any more than one of those flimsy wire stands. This is "good enough" and it's light enough to carry in my equipment bag comfortably. The little spider leg metal things that keep the sheet music from blowing away in the wind are a nice design feature. It's a little short. I'm pretty tall, and usually like my stands to go a little taller, but then on the other hand in nightclubs I don't want the stand blocking peoples' view of me, so it's really tall enough for my purposes. The rivets & the tensioning hardware are good enough. I'm sure if you put heavier equipment like drum hardware, lighting stands or speaker stands, or Bogen camera tripods on top of this, you can bend it up. It's kind of lightweight metal. But as long as you keep it on top of the heavier equipment it should be durable enough. If I had wanted a really heavy piece of equipment I would have bought a Manhassett, which would have been twice the cost and not so portable. I just wanted something easy & simple, and this fits the bill. It's what I expected it to be, and that's good enough, especially at this price.

It was really easy to set up. It is pretty compact too. My only complaint is that it is not that sturdy. But for 10 bucks it was good.

Not the most sturdy stand, but that's what I expected at this price. It's sturdy enough to hold up 2 tablets, but it can be easily knocked over.

I have to acknowledge that upon receipt, I was pleasantly surprised with this item. It was almost unbelievably inexpensive to begin with and I initially hesitated to make the purchase as a result of that, however; I found this item to be perfect for the purpose intended. There are many reviews indicating that the item isn't sturdy enough, however; it is clearly indicated that this music stand is intended for holding sheet music. It is more than adequate to hold dozens of pieces of sheet music. It is not intended to hold books. If you want a stand to hold music books, this isn't the one for you. The stand is very easy to set up. There is no assembly required other than extending the support pole to the desired height. Once adjusted to the desired height and angle, the stand remains that way. I would highly recommend this stand for all as an inexpensive alternative to heavier metal stands with solid platforms. Very pleased.

Light weight nice design metal construction and stable wide Base. Tho the music holder is very flexy and bendable. Nice bag but the zipper is plastic.

I am very happy with this music stand. Its very small and has a case, so you can just keep it in the car and use it whenever you need to look at music/lyrics at a rehearsal. It would also be good to a kid practicing music at home, and a good low-cost everyday stand. Some reviews have mentioned its not durable to outdoor windy concerts etc. I wouldn't use it for professional orchestra etc - its more for casual musician use. It does have the little arm thingys to keep the music from blowing away in a light wind or when a door opens in a rehearsal room. Its not heavy duty, but its low cost and super portable/lightweight and easy to set up. I bought this stand, a mic stand, a tablet holder, and a little USB LED light on amazon and I use them all about 3x a week - good musical gear at a low price :) Hope this helps and have fun with your music projects!

This product is so poorly made, it broke immediately. Don’t believe any of the reviews that say anything good about it. Cheap, unfixable garbage.

El atril está bien contruído, queda un poco bajo, pero en general sirve mucho, el material se ve resistente. La funda es muy útil y amplia. Hay que dejar en claro que mi opinión es pensando en que se compró un atril de bajo costo

This is my favorite sheet music stand so far. strong enough to hold my binders with my clamp light on top no problem. folds up pretty good but you still need a good 1.5 feet of space to slide it in, the sheet holder doesn't fold. Not the strongest if you extend it to it's absolute limit but if you drop each clamp and inch or two it works just fine. I have had it over a year now and it still works great.

Great value product! Well made and still nice and portable. Best part are the sheet music "clips" that hold down your music. I had never seen this particular design, but it's better than anything else I've used before.
