These are nice black frames for use in a grouping. I wanted to frame some botanical prints for a guest room. (The botanical print book was also found here on Amazon.) These frames are made of matte black plastic, and the print cover is clear vinyl. The prints were installed in the frames easily, and they hung on the hooks already on the back. The grouping project was a success because I've received so many compliments about how good the framing looks. While not expensive and plastic, these frames are attractive and an alternative to heavy wooden frames and glass in high-traffic areas where a frame that falls could have shattered glass. I recommend these frames for use in groupings or in areas where there is the possibility that they could be knocked from the wall accidentally.

The product was great but after receiving the smaller mats with backing boards and plastic sleeves my expectations were higher for this order but I received exactly what was advertised.
