The pocket door lock can be rotated to work in both directions way and installed on both right-handed and left-handed doors.
Not adjustable latch
Not adjustable latch to fit 2 3/8" backsets. Before you purhcase the pocket door lock, measure the backsets.

We bought this for a new sliding door post construction. We gave it to our contractor who has a lot of experience and he could t get it to work. He showed me and the doorknob wouldnรขโฌโขt turn - itรขโฌโขs just stuck. Unfortunately I ordered it months ago during construction so I also canรขโฌโขt return so pretty upset about that and Amazon doesnรขโฌโขt seem to have a good customer service to help with this. I also reached out to the supplier. If they are able to rectify the issue I will update my rating and feedback.Updated on 9/12/24: customer service reached out to me and although it was way past the 30 days since thatรขโฌโขs when the contractor got to putting the lock in, they gave me a full refund and were very fast and efficient in their replies. Updated to five stars for the good customer service and refund.

We did a huge remodel at our home. We added pocket doors for the half bath and Johnny Closet (toilet room).We purchased these handles for the two doors and works great. They turn nicely and locks great.I would recommend them.

As mentioned in other reviews, the hardware extends beyond the width of the door and will rub against the door trim causing it to scratch. We will have to route out the pocket door trim to allow the hardware to clear without getting jammed. Also, there's very little room to get your fingers into the hardware to pull the door closed. As a result we will add a recessed door pull to allow for easier door closing. It looks fine and appears to be of decent quality. The bowed knob is just a poor design.
