Good replacement speakers for my old Jenson stereo speakers. Got my old speakers out of storage an discovered one of the speakers had come apart. Read some of the reviews and decided on these for replacement and after a little modification of the enclosures , they worked fine. Good sound quality almost equal to the originals. Good economical way to restore old stereo systems. Seems to be good quality.

Revived an old KLH speaker that I bought back in the 90's that had a blown woofer from one too many college parties. Sound is decent, about the same as the original, but it does distort at lower power than the old version when I turn the bass up. Far cheaper to fix than buy new, even in the lowest cost models, so I'm happy with that and the fit/install was simple as pie.

Ignore the missing speakers. Still waiting for the others to come in 😂. Anywho. These speakers are definitely worth it. It definitely glad I was able to find replacement speakers for these pioneer cs-g9900. These are pretty vintage speakers from 1989. They are also very sentimental to me as my mom gave me this whole stereo she had since new. It worked good up until the the original speakers suffered from foam rot and stopped working 17 years ago. They definitely sound amazing now like the stereo is new. It definitely was worth the money and to get this vintage pioneer stereo back and working again as they don’t make stereos like they used to. Thanks again.

I ordered this speaker for my '90s Crate GFX-30 guitar amp since it was a 12" 4 ohm speaker that originally came with it. If anybody has ever tried to look for a 4 ohm guitar amplifier in 12" it's very difficult to find one under $100-150. I figured for the price I couldn't go wrong and it was a very good chance to take. Now my amplifier sounds better than it ever has and the articulation and quality of the sound is amazing. Now if there is any type of distortion at all it's from the overdrive channel of my guitar amp and since it's only a 30 watt RMS amplifier with a 120 watt RMS speaker the only chance I have of even getting it to clip is to turn it up to 10. It is an awesome speaker and I will definitely look into purchasing them for an old 412 cab that I have. Great stuff.

I bought this to replace the 12" speaker in a small, 120 watt bass amp. Price was cheap, so I thought, why not. When I got the box, it was so light, I didn't think it was a speaker. The cone looks fabulous, the speaker worked, but it crapped out in the low end, even at very low volume. I would venture to guess, by the weight of the magnet, it's about a 50 watt rms speaker. And I'm an audio engineer and bass player who's built speakers myself, so, not blowing smoke.

My 'college speakers' lost their woofers due to age - completely rotted away as they've been sitting in storage for several years. I was going to toss the speakers but my son wanted to try to save them as he's living on a budget and can't afford high end speakers. I figured I'd see if I could find a pair of 12" woofers to replace the low end as both mid and high were still in good shape. These fit into the enclosure easily - simple allen wrench replacement. The 'heft' of these speakers is not going to impress (magnets are much lighter than the woofers being replaced) but the sound is actually very good. A lot of thump and growl with songs that push into the lower range and I think it will improve once they break in (and I think they need to have 100 hours or so to actually get there). For the price, these are definitely a winner and they hold up pretty when paired with a high end amp. They are not going to fool you into thinking you now own audiophile quality speakers ($2K+) but you won't be disappointed either.
