These are woofers that can also cover the midrange frequencies in a 2-way setup. They do produce decent bass but they are not subwoofers. With that said, I used these to replace the stock woofers in my 2020 Slingshot speakers and stuck with the original tweeters. They sound a lot better and more detailed with more solid bass that digs deeper compared to the stock Rockford Fosgate speakers. They did require some minor modification to make the screw holes match up.Well worth the money and effort to install.

I used these to replace dry-rotted drivers on an old Klipsch 4.1 sub. The flange and mounting holes are a perfect match, but you will not be able to use the original mesh covers without modification. The negative spade needs to be trimmed a bit, and both terminals bent back to use the original wire harness (minor effort). They sound great, and appear to be constructed well. Packaging leaves something to be desired (no foam or bubble wrap), but Goldwood was quick and easy to work with replacing one of the drivers damaged in transit.
