Shimano makes great reels. Why they made such a short handle on the TLD25/30 is beyond my understanding. I was ready to sell it because it was so difficult to use.The GOMEXUS handle adds another 27mm (1.07") length, giving more torque cranking power. The offset T-bar handle is another plus. I also noticed they even made a wider shoulder on the handle screw to pinion shaft. This makes a more stable connection point. I didn't realize the handle doesn't use the OEM screw. The screw that comes with the handle, but is packed inside the packaging. I accidentally threw away the box not realizing the needed screw was inside.I was able to go find it in my trash.Just be aware that it does come with an additional needed screw.

The product fit my Shimano tld 25 reel perfectly and arrived quickly. It feels sturdy and looks good as well.

I was given the nickname "Little Handle" from the mates on an offshore tuna charter in the Hudson Canyon, because of the factory original handle on my TLD25. Not anymore. This product turned that reel into an amazing, comfortable, powerful tool for fighting/landing fish.

Set screw will not line up with original lock nut. Shamano TLD 25. They should supply the correct size nut for proper attachment.
