I have always wanted a weathervane and finally had the need as I installed a small cupola on the roof of my well house to accommodate pulling the pump out of the well. I was stuck on which one to order as there were several that caught my eye, but I settled on a red tailed rooster and it is very well made, and looks fantastic. Better than I had imagined it would be. This is more a work of art than a working weather vane.

The weathervane is well made, and arrived in good packaging so nothing was damaged or missing. I ordered a mount with it, and put it up in the middle of my carport roof - no problems with the mount or putting everything together. You will need silicone caulk to seal the holes where the mount screws to the roof, and some thread sealant where a threaded rod screws into the base. The vane itself looks good, and moves to indicate the direction of even a light wind. I find the size to be just right.

I really like the way it looks mounted on the trellis structure over our hot tub. The tail was a bit thin and was bent a little but it was easily fixed. It's only been up two days and we haven't had any wind. I can hardly wait to see it moving when the wind picks up. I give it a thumbs up. :)

I just love this rooster. It's light weight and not very heavy. The design is detailed and the color is a greenish- blue. My husband attached it the facia of our roof using an L bracket which was bought separate. We have gotten many compliments on it. I would buy this again. It looks amazing on our roof.

I Love my Rooster, by unfortunately about a month ago under a windy day, the piece fall apart, can you please advice if the product is under warranty? the product is within one year of purchase. best regards

El producto excelente. Particularmente cuando se indica que procede de la India. MagnÃficos trabajos. Lo malo es que no incluye soporte, lo cual es ridÃculo. Poco faltaria para vender aparte cada pluma del gallo y cada letra de la veleta. Absurdo!! Hace más de un año compré una veleta semejante que incluÃa el soporte. En su pagina "recomiendan" la compra de un soporte, pero nunca precisan que es NECESARIO comprarlo porque su producto carece de él. Es una trampa muy lamentable que resta prestigio a su empresa
