The quality is nice BUT this lamp doesn’t work as it’s supposed to. It is just ON. The motion detection doesn’t work. It turns on at dusk and is on all night. There’s no mode or way to shut it off. It’s annoying as that’s not what I want. Also the light is not soft - it’s blue white. Stuck with two of these but would not buy more.

One night of decent light then the following nights the light is barely visible. Would not recommend these lights

Back when we moved in our house in 2000 we had a shed with a solar light that saw next to no sun and work non stop very well! That light worked for at least 10 years for us it didn't stop it got tossed when we built a new shed. Big mistake. This light works when it feels like. It's in a much sunnier spot, but since up it works maybe 2 out of 7 days and not well if it works at all. Pretty much we should have not even bothered. I had great hopes that solar would have gotten better.

The installation of the light strip is very simple, and the accessories are complete, so it is very easy to install it yourself. No complicated cable routing is required, just hang it in the right place. The whole installation process was very smooth, saving a lot of time and energy.
