These are smaller than I thought they were only about a 1/2 inch wide but they are so easy and terrific to use! Instead of putting up doors that my older children keep breaking and ripping from the hinges when they get angry and slam the door I decided to hang curtains their Room darkening kind of drapes. One panel for every door and I used these to place in the doorway. They stay in place except for one and are pretty sturdy with a heavy weight Room darkening drapes. Keep in mind I'm only using one panel each but they are heavy. These little rods are pretty sturdy and look great! I'm very happy with our purchase

I have a very narrow laundry room and needed to put up a curtain to maintain some privacy from outside. This worked beautifully. I couldn’t put up a normal rod due to constantly running into the rod. This fits nicely inside the window frame and keeps me from running into the rod that is usually mounted to the wall outside of the window frame.FYI - this is a cafe curtain so it’s mounted lower on the wall.The rod itself is expandable and it worked out really well for what I needed.

i find these rods easy to install, i could put one end against the window frame then weeadily twist the bar to adjust the tension against the opposite frame & slip into place. im happy with the strength - used to hang a curtain.

These work extremely well. I used in a room with pine walls as I didn’t want to drill into the wood. These were the answer. Easy to adjust and size and very strong and stable. Great purchase.
