This winter was tough and I couldn't always keep up with my stairs and landing. I put this down in the worst spot and it's been great - it gives something solid and dry to step on. The FedEx guy wants one on every step, so I guess I'll be buying more!I also checked it out with my Flir and it has solid heat distribution across most of the face.You can also "Daisy chain" these in a line, so one plugs right into the next one.Very nice for the price!
