Even when ordering within my size range, these pants ended up being too tight, and ripped as I tried to take them off. A horrible quality, with no give to it, and ripped with practically no effort. I would not recommend, and was highly unsatisfied.

During the first wearing, the fabric along the back seams on these pants (they have top-stitched seams running down both the front and back of the legs) ripped open on both legs, where the top-stitching perforated the fabric.Also, they're actually quite baggy (the pictures make them look rather skinny). They were nice looking for the few minutes they were intact, but that's pretty irrelevant if you plan to wear them.

These are not vanity sized, so make sure you check your actual measurements with a soft tape. The pants themselves are made nicely, with pretty neat material, and cool fasteners. The adjustments are nice to have, to tighten things up a bit.

Size runs small. Usually wear 38x32 dress pant or jeans; slim build in thigh and bum with a bit of a belly. Ordered the XL, they do not fit. Because of the super high waist design the measurements are not the same as usual US mens Pant sizes. Ad says "elastic design will not make your thighs feel too tight.." but there is no elastic or stretch in these pants; and even with a slim build in the thighs these pants are tight. The pants are made of an interestingly patterned Jacquard fabric. The trim and buttons add a very nice finished look. These have the feel and look of real trouser pants not just cheap costume but the high waist design and fit may not be for all body types.
