Everyone asks me about these lights whenever they visit. I’m super happy with them after installing them.The install process is a little tedious, and I am not a fan of how the cable needs to be wrapped in order to “string these along.†If your plug is on the right side of where these are installed then you actually lose inches on this thing for ever set you connect, which ultimately means you lose feet… my install of these included a plug on both the right side and left side, so my run on the left turned out longer than my run on the right for the same amount of lights.Overall the best part is, once they are set up, it’s super easy to choose colors and program these. I run them every night from about 5:30pm (in the winter) until 7:30am and our electric bill hasn’t gone up significantly based on this (we’re talking a few dollars).I hope these last for a very long time. They’re so fun and add a bit of security to our backyard!

The Govee Outdoor Deck Lights are perfect for your outdoor setup. Look is very modern and has great functionality. The ease of installation and ease of use is amazing. If you have an outdoor deck make sure to get you some outdoor deck lights.

These lights look beautiful on my balcony! The cord can get in the way a tad and look a bit messy, but overall these are great!

Put these behind my couch as up lights on my baseboards and they work great! Love them so much as indoor lights. Attached is a picture of my cat on the couch with the light blue lights on.

Overall, they are good lights, however, they come with their own limitations.Pros:1. Nice lighting overall through of the light beam is good for deck fence or outdoor. I’m using them for my fence Lighting and they did a great job.2. Installation is a breeze mostly it’s out of the box. You just connect the strips attached the adapter power on the supply and we’re good to go.Cons:1. cannot be daisychained. My fence is almost 290 feet on three sides. The pack comes with 18 lights and that’s it. Adaptor can only light up 18 lights at a time.2. There are no extensions available from gooey to extend your lights.3. Every time you want to touch another pack of strips, you need a dedicated adapter to light them up. I have right now full extension cords in my outdoor to light these together.4. Lights themselves are waterproof however, the controller box and the power adapter are not so if you have multiple strips, you need to ensure you have multiple waterproof boxes as well to cover the adapter and control box.Overall good Lights, but the set up for me is not what I was expecting for extension cords for waterproof boxes in my fans, digging trenches and hiding the cables. I don’t consider it a clean installation hence taking two stars off.
