This small Gramps weed puller is amazing. It is really worth the money. I have used in in several parts of our small garden for a couple of hours at a time and because of the round leverage band down from the prongs it does not take much effort to push down and out comes the weeds. I even showed the grandkids and let them try it out! Even they were impressed. Very solid made and it works like a charm!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS!! Up until now I have been using a stainless steel serrated knife to dig out all my weeds and this is SO MUCH SIMPLER! They just pop out root and ALL, even when the ground is dry! My lawn isn't very large in the front and I didn't even bother this year with any Sherrill because the Gas Company was going to be running new lines to our house (along with ALL THE HOUSES IN OUR AREA), so I couldn't see spending a lot of $ like I normally you if they were going to be digging it all up anyway!! They DID reseed it, but I had weeds popping up EVERYWHERE!! And with new seed down I didn't want to use weed killer! It ALSO works very well for the rest of the yard and flower garden! I transferred quite a few flowers to different areas without having to do any major disruption in the existing beds! GREAT 👠TOOL TO ADD!

Hello there. Let me start by saying, I use garden tools more than most, as it is apart of my job. So I tend to go through them quicker than the average hobby Gardner. Immediately upon opening this package, I could feel the difference. I had settled upon the fiskers version of a similar design. I like the bubble underneath for leverage. However, they are not similar in construction or efficacy. This bad mama JAMA feels sturdy. And it is! It also, disrupts the earth less around the weeds. Great for flower beds, but also in the yard. I am dealing with onions every where in this clients yard. But as I am seeding and getting grass to grow and take root, it is preferred not to have gaping holes throughout the yard. This tool allows me to pull the onions by the root, cleanly and quickly. Little earth disruption around the onion. I am in love and will be looking into finding out more about this line. Thanks!

i only wish i bought the tall one so i dont have to hurt my back bending over. its addicting to succeed in weeding. i know..i need to 'get a life' but i enjoy accomplishing weeding with this tool good job

This thing is great. Made of heavy gauge material. The loop for leverage is about 4" diameter and looks like it is 14 or 12 gauge stainless steel and is welded to the stainless steel shaft/rod. That loop is a lot bigger than any of the other weed pullers I saw on Amazon. I have been pulling up weeds, knocking off the dirt and pounding the dirt back in the ground with loop. No problem.

I bought this hand weeder because I liked the Grampys full size weed puller so much. Unfortunately it does not work as efficiently as the large weeder does. The small fork doesn’t easily get get under the weeds and the rocker doesn’t work as smooth. It is well made and a decent value but I prefer the new weed puller I recently purchased. (See review on that)

I know, I know. Impossible, right? The bane of any gardener’s existence could never be fun.Well if you’ve spent years fighting, digging, yanking, breaking nails pulling weeds? Get this tool. The flood of relief washes over you as you amazingly pull crabweed completely out of your grass, roots and all! We have clay soil that rarely gets soaking rain in the summer, making it like actual concrete. Cue this little tool. It might take more to get it in the grass but it’s going to work!After my first time, I walked around and pulled every patch of this crap out of my backyard, without huge holes or a shovel. Just this tiny, ingenious tool.Please give it a try. Amazon return policy is generous and it isn’t that expensive. You can thank me later!

This garden tool is a life changer. Makes removing weeds so much easier. Also you get the whole weed out roots and all, so they don’t come back. Highly recommend.

Not sure how good this was, I kind of gave up trying to use it and instead either used my hand or small shovel for larger weeds.

So far it's been up to the task of helping remove stubborn deep rooted weeds. It's sturdy and seems well made. Does what I have needed it to do.
