I dropped these saddles into a Schaller bridge for my P-90 Les Paul. They took a lot of the harshness out of the bridge pickup sound and gave me an all-round improvement in tone, sustain and tuning stability. Much smoother sound without losing any of the classic snap and bite of the P-90s.

I bought these for a 92 Gibson studio. It was a much needed upgrade for the old worn out saddles. They fit perfect and after readjusting the intonation and string height the guitar played and sound better than ever.

These look great on my Les Paul. Easy install. Seem to hold tune better so far.

High E saddle breaks every 12 months. I don't think breaking is very acceptable for a saddle.

One of the saddles on my Nashville bridge (specifically the 4th string D) had a tiny burr which caused a tuning issue. While the bridge itself was fine, I replaced the stock Gibson saddles with these pre-cut Graph Tech saddles. I play 09-46 gauge and the Graph Tech's fit perfectly. Naturally you will have to re-intonate your strings, but so far I'm pleased.

Ordered as a replacement for heavily worn saddles on my 1990 Gibson Les Paul Custom Black Beauty. Fit was perfect, though somewhat taller than original saddles, not an issue but required a full setup after installation (which I expected). Tone is great, tuning is stable, product is lasting well. One star off however because the edges are very sharp out of the box - I filed the edges down on mine to prevent cheesegrating my hand while playing.

Love these saddles, they are an upgrade from the normal Gibson sets. The material transfers harmonics and in my practical experience, fixed string break at the saddle issues, and are drop in replacements. What I have noticed is that longer term (i.,e. 6 months to a year), I can see depressions in the saddle where wound strings deform the material. I change strings every 4-6 weeks if I am playing heavy. My concern is that these depressions impact both the action, and could cause tuning problems due to binding. The prbolem is the material and the shape of the bridge being a knife edge. Like the saddles, wish the material was harder.

Awesome improvement over the stock saddles on my PRS Starla. All the harsh brittle high end is gone and nothing but sweet tone is left behind. Install was quick and easy I did it in about 10 minutes while watching tv and this was the 1st time I'd ever changed saddles. Just make sure you match up the code on the bottom of your bridge to the Graphtech chart & you're all set.
