Air-Release Valve Design

Release the air of the tube is a must thing to be done. The air-release valve allows air to escape after new grease has been added to the grease gun and pumped into the head.Just press the valve and lubricate with ease.

6

The thickened Spring

Inside the grease barrel,we equipped with a 2nd generation spring which is more powerful and thicker than normal spring. It will provides superstrong pressure onto the plunger all the time. A strong spring is always an important criterion of judging a grease gun well-built or not

7

Reinforced Grease Gun

The Reinforced steel barrel leads the grease gun looks like more powerful and glossier. The rubber handle creates plenty of leverage for all day comfort. The heavy duty plunger helps to pump the grease more quickly and efficiently

Worked like a charm straight out of the box. I went through couple of 14oz tubes already and I like the features of this grease gun.The spring is very strong and should provide good pressure to enable grease flow. The built-in air release vent is easy to engage if you have any air pocket in the gun, but I use the old trick of unsrewing the head of the gun by one full turn before plunging the handle to allow any air to escape. There is also safety pressure valve that many guns in this price range do not have. The couplers provided out of the box did an adequate job of catching on the grease nipple and getting released after the job. I’ve seen better couplers, but these will do for an occasional use. The quick coupler worked fine, though I was not a fan of double release handles that may be difficult to deploy in tight spaces. I would prefer quick release coupler to have only single handle.Couple of tips for those who say that they get the grease coupler stuck on the nipple or have hard time getting a connection. You should always roll coupler on the nipple from the angle instead of trying to put it straight on. To remove the coupler after greasing the point you do the same, roll it off the nipple at an angle to release the connection. If you have any issues, remember that the coupler jaws can be loosened by unscrewing the coupler couple of turns from the grease line. It was very tightly screwed out of the box, so it may be good to slightly loosen it before doing your first job, so that you can release jaws if required by hands only. Before your first use make sure that the O-ring on the gun head is properly installed. Mine was misaligned and it would probably result in head leaking and getting air in - something you don’t want. Also when attaching any connection lines or extenders, make sure to properly tighten them. You would need two wrenches for this job. Loose connection would lead to a leak when applying pressure to the gun.

Haven’t used it yet. I gave it to my dad for Christmas. We live on a farm so definitely need these. It looks like good quality. I will update my review once we use it.

Get frustrated when greasing your rig because you don’t have 4 hands? Clip the hose onto the grease fitting and use the other hand to pump. So much easier than the old school grease guns that I grew up with!

Does not work as stated. Came completely packaged correctly. Did not come with a stopper bolt for the two way valve which has rendered this item useless. The bolt is shown in place in the pictures of the item, and is the most important piece of the grease gun. Mine did not come with one. Received all the other items but not the stopper bolt.

this is easy to use. once I decided on the correct fitting to add the grease to my transmission. and if I was going to grease fittings on a frame it has a fitting for that,
