I have to grease the zerk fittings on my tractor and there are 20+ of them and with the standard tip it just kept letting go and was too smooth to get it tight enough stay since it's covered in grease residue. This was the perfect solution and cheap! I saw some reviews complaining about some spot welded metal tabs that bent/broke, but this one I got was the gear type, so I don't have to worry about that. Makes greasing these zerks so much easier, I highly recommend! It's standard thread for both of my grease guns (generic Masterforce and Tool Shop brand) also.

These are similar to lockandlube. However they require much more space to fit because they have two levers instead of one. In confined situations this may make them useless.
