I have epilepsy and have seizures and pass out alot at random. I also have chiari malformation where my brain sits below my skull so I bought this to protect my head while I'm at work so I don't cause extra damage to the brain. I'm a little disappointed that it doesn't go down further in the back but I know this wasn't made specifically for someone like me. But if you are looking for just a normal head protection it should be fine. But in the rare chance you're looking into this protect yourself from something like my condition, I would suggest another route

Bought this so when I'm inspecting attics i wont get a nail in my cranium. Fits perfect in my baseball cap and has vents to breathe. It would also be good in a storm to protect the grey matter should i limb fall on you.
