Does what it says - holds a hose. No issues with moving around or rattling, and seems very well built. Looks nice, too.

I just finished mounting this on my stucco wall. It seems to be very stable and it does its job so I don’t have any complaints. I don’t see why I should have to pay more than $20 for an item like this as I have seen some for sale over $30 dollars. No need for that.The only thing I don’t understand is why this item comes with some metal screws to drill and mount into bricks, so I had to get my own screws.
