I am simply blown away! There’s so many things I really like about this baking pan. Mostly it is one piece - solid construction, no edges to trap food or water when cleaning, big handles, and the surface is incredibly smooth. Super nonstick! It performed perfectly in the oven, heated super quickly. I had very even browning results with my granola. What was more surprising was how easy it was to clean. Everything slid right off, my old baking sheets are stained and never come clean, this looks brand new after three completely different uses. So far I’ve made granola, glazed salmon, and roasted asparagus. Normally, my glaze makes a sticky mess and stains my pan. This literally wiped clean and looks new. This is super impressive. Bakeware, I am buying more pieces in the collection. It’s also ceramic and no bad chemicals. I only buy ceramic nonstick now.

This pan is my new favorite cookware. I wanted a pan that I could use for broiling and for baking at high heat settings because my regular baking pan warps at any setting over 375 degrees. The GreenPan is excellent - I just used it under the broiler on high (500 degrees) to cook chicken skewers and there were no issues. What I didn't expect was how easy it is to clean. Even after broiling, all the charred bits and burned fat practically slid right off the pan when I ran it under the faucet. 5 stars, highly recommend.

I hate stick on pans and heavy-duty cleaning. This pan cooks great and cleans great, plus it is non-toxic. All around wins. Highly recommended.

I like this sheet pan! It’s heavier than any of my aluminum sheet pans, but it does a great job and the clean up of the ceramic coating is SO EASY. You do not need and should not use those green or blue scrub sponges or the sink brushes, hot water and a soft sponge is working great for cleanup and after 10 or 20 uses the pan looks new.

I was really surprised at how awesome these pans are! They're super nonstick, I didn't expect them to be that slippery! Great value, as I wanted a less toxic baking option.

La compré por su tamaño, querÃa hacer lasagna en un horno electrico ninja que tengo que es pequeño y cupo muy bien, y la lasagna salió perfecta. El material es resistente, ya la usé 3 veces y sigue como nueva, me gusta mucho que haya venido con tapa a diferencia de otras opciones aquà en Amazon, porque es super útil.
