I was skeptical about this pan as I had not had success in the past with the coatings staying on and they being truly nonstick. This one is spot on! It doesn't need any oils to be nonstick. Foods slide right out. Perfect size for my yeast dinner rolls! I can get 24 large rolls and 36 medium rolls just to gage its size. It's a perfect height! It bakes evenly no problem with hot or cold spots. Because it is so sturdy, if you forget a support pan, it will be just fine. There is no give, it is not flimsy at all. Just remember to not use any harsh chemicals to clean it. Clean up is quick.

I just ordered several pieces for myself for Christmas. I love it! No sticking, even cooking, nice and sturdy. The only drawback I can think of is it has to be hand washed. Since nothing has stuck, that is a breeze!

I really love the casaWare baking pans. Whatever I cook in them seems to come out extra good. Truly non-stick and are easy to clean.
