This is my second time purchasing this pan. I baked a ginger bread to give to family and they kept my pan - oh well. So I purchased again because it is a handy, non-stick pan good for many things. This time of year for kids going back to school this is a great pan to make a quick gluten-free cake that you can cut into squares, wrap and place in the lunch box. Even better a quick after school snack.The pan heats evenly, great non-stick as cake lifts out of the pan very easily.Best of all I place it in the dishwasher for easy clean up. Now, I do place it on the top rack of the dishwasher.

There have been times when I needed an 8†pan but didn’t have one, so I’d just “make-do†with my 9†one. This one is pricey, but I thought I’d give it a try. I’m really glad I did. It is sturdy, has easy-grip silicone handles, is easy to clean and is definitely “non-stick “ I’m really glad I invested in this pan and I’m sure it will last a long time.

2 gâteaux (déjà ) réussis dans ce moule. Rien à dire.Attention à la dimension. Je pensais qu'il était plus grand mais mon épouse dit que c'est OK.......Bon, c'est elle qui fait les gâteaux !
