So far, this pan is holding up great! I like that the black color won't show stains. I try to treat my non-stick pans well - by not using non-metal utensils and by including some oil in them when using. I also try not to put them in oven temperatures above 400.

Pans were greased with Pam with otherwise cakes cooked evenly, were easy to clean and came out of pan easily.
