This pan is the best pan ever. If you follow care instructions nothing sticks. I cook and bake a lot and it’s been years since I’ve been impressed with a pan. It’s a solid made the USA pan. I’ve used it enough now to know that I will have this pan for many years to come. I’m going to get a few more. It also cleans so easy.

I usually wouldn't spend this much on a pan, but I read the reviews and figured I would try it out. It's wonderful! Worth every penny! Great quality. Definitely nonstick and quick release. My bread just popped right out! Love it!

This pan is an excellent value for the money. The weight is nice, sturdy enough so that you know you will never have a problem with buckling. My first use was for a deep dish Detroit style pizza. The crust was wonderful. I achieved the desired crispiness. Very easy to get the pizza out of the pan. I did follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer. They only take a couple minutes to read. I would recommend it if you buying this pan, invest a couple minutes to read the instructions. They recommend handwashing. Honestly I hand wash anything that I truly care about - including every pot and pan that I use. It takes so little time and they look great for years. I expect this pan will be no different!

Wow, I just used this pan for the first time and I’m impressed. Cooked evenly, and cleanup was ridiculously easy. Even water beads up like it does on a freshly waxed car hood. Amazing. Heavy, and appears to be great quality, just like so many other reviews have mentioned. Happy with this purchase. So nice to find American-made products that deliver.

Exactly what I hoped for, this pan is my perfect companion for sheet cakes, brownies & bars, casseroles, and roasting, with the easiest clean up. Only downside is things can kinda get stuck in the corners but otherwise I adore the shape and size. This is the perfect large pan for a family sized meal or something you'd bring to a potluck.

Bought this pan for making Detroit style Pizza in May of this year and have been very pleased with its performance. . . . . .until now, a mere 4 months into its use. Looking at the included picture, you can see that the cladding that they use has started to come away from the pan surface, exposing the steel beneath. We have cared for the pan as directed and have washed it both by hand and in the dishwasher but was disappointed to see this material failure.Am hoping the company will stand behind its limited lifetime warranty but will have to see what they say about this damage. Really want to support this product as at first it performed so well.Will update this review once I have a reply from USA Pan.UPDATE: USA Pan honored it's warranty and replaced the pan with a new one, adding the following recommendation for use:Use a silicone liner for acidic foods, wash by hand, not in the dishwasher. Clean as soon as practical after use.Really pleased with the companies response.Buy with confidence.

I bought this pan a few years ago and it's still going strong. Over time, I've been trying to update my bakeware and cookware, but this is one thing I don't want to replace - I think it's well made, still nonstick after all these years, the straight sides have been perfect for my (mainly savory) baking and cooking needs, and it strikes a good balance between feeling sturdy without seeming heavy. I'll be buying more from this manufacturer - I'm a PA girl and apparently they're also based here.

This is my third USA pan; I chose it as I like the first two so much.The nonstick isn't the usual black, but a very smooth surface that doesn't need washing - just a quick wipe is sufficient.My advice when getting these tins is to measure your oven first as American ovens are clearly larger than ours.

You know you're old when a baking tin gives you so much joy.Having recently had to adjust to using a smart oven/toaster oven, as an avid baker, finding baking trays, pans and tins that fit, whilst maintaining standard baking sizes is a real challenge.This tin, when it arrived, I swear I didn't think it would fit at all, but sure enough, it squeezes in and works beautifully.Very well-made and it is a little more expensive than other brands cos its made in the USA, but honestly, its worth it.
